THALES Spain keeps a close contact with technical universities, cooperating to arrange annual recruitment events to give information about THALES to the students.

Thales Spain is in some recruitment and university events in 2008:  Madrid (Satelec in Politécnica University, European University, Nebrija University, Carlos III University, Rey Juan Carlos University, Pontificia University & Vuela!), Barcelona (Fòrum TI & Universidad Politécnica de Mataró), Valladolid (Fibest & UVAEmpleo), Bilbao (Deusto University & UPV), Sevilla (Pablo de Olavide University), Vigo University, Burgos University & Oviedo  University.

During the year we hire students from the 4th & 5th year to practice  for several months.  Some of our newly hired started as student worker, and then they join us.
