« During the third year at the Paris Higher Institute of Electronics I did a six month work placement in the communications department in Thales, Colombes. I have currently been working at Thales for two years working on new software development methods. We work in team which allows us to find the best solutions for our clients together. Everyday we hold a meeting where everybody on the team says what they did yesterday and what they are going to do today, it gives us an opportunity to share our work problems and look at ways to resolve them. Upon my arrival I was able to go to a Welcome Convention, a training course that allowed me to better integrate myself into the company. »
