YES is an initiative launched by graduate employees to encourage knowledge sharing, and personal development, but above all to have fun. 

It is an informal and loosely structured group of people from around the Thales group who enjoy organising activities, ranging from technical lectures, management debates to playing a game of soccer or hockey, or even visits to explore other Thales sites. The possibilities are endless, the only be prerequisite being that they are fun or educational, but preferably both! 

Today, there are YES groups in the Netherlands, the UK, France, Spain and Australia and the the international YES Committee plans to establish YES groups in other Thales countries. YES is a perfect way to get to know your colleagues and your company and to really have fun at work!
