"During my third year at the Paris Higher Institute of Electronics, I did a six-month work placement in the communications department at Thales in Colombes. Now, I've been working at Thales for two years on new software development methods. Teamwork is the key to finding the best solutions for our clients. Everyday we hold a meeting where everybody on the team says what they did yesterday and what they are going to do today. It gives us an opportunity to share our work problems and look at ways to resolve them. I felt part of the team right from the start and the Welcome Convention really helped me to integrate into the company."
