Preparation is essential for any interview and the following steps will make sure you are prepared:

·         Be punctual and professionally presented.

·         Build up some knowledge about Thales and its core activities.

·         Make sure you understand the role of the position and consider why you want to apply - look at your career objectives and think about whether the role fits in with what you wish to achieve.

·         Give concise and specific answers.

·         Relax and remember that there are no right or wrong answers.

There are no standard interviews common to all entities in the group.
